Aspiring Leadership Programmes
Aspiring Middle Leadership Programme
A programme for new and aspiring Middle Leaders in Secondary Schools/Academies. The sessions are facilitated by Senior Leaders from a range of Alliance Schools. Included in the AMLP is a visit to another school that has a participant on this programme.
All sessions are twilights, from 4 pm – 5.30 pm and take place online to start with and maybe later in the school year at Bishop Challoner Catholic College, Institute Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7EG.

Aspiring Senior Leadership Programme
This programme is suitable for experienced middle leaders in secondary schools who are aspiring to be senior leaders. Included in the ASLP is a one-day visit to another school that has a participant on this programme.
All sessions are twilights, from 4 pm – 5.45 pm and take place online for Autumn and Winter.
