I am delighted to welcome you to BCTSA SCITT, a teacher training provider in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Our Programme characteristics:
- Our programmes are ‘by teachers and for teachers’: when you train with us you will study an innovative and ambitious curriculum, led by some of the best teachers, subject and phase experts in the West Midlands.
- Strong pastoral support for trainees throughout the year. We believe in nurturing trainees, with support from expert school mentors and our central team.
- Strong track record of successful programme completion and employment rates.
- School placements in schools with a proven track record of successfully mentoring trainees.

- A long term approach to teacher training. We have Senior Leaders working with us now who started as ITT trainees with Bishop Challoner, and have taken up our development opportunities from ITT-headship training.
