Leading change
We are looking for Aspiring Middle Leaders (Secondary) to join the next intake for our AMLP course, ideal for both teaching & support staff.
There are 5 sessions in total over the academic year covering different topics, at a convenient time of 4pm to 5.30pm in our training venue Challoner House (opposite Bishop Challoner Catholic College) with refreshments provided.
Our Aspiring Middle Leader Programme (AMLP) starts on Tuesday 18th November 2025 and with funding for NPQs not guaranteed this is an ideal time to gain training for only £130 per person for the year and without the full commitment of an NPQ.
You will train with other Aspiring Leaders from local schools and have the opportunity to network and gain a certificate for your professional development.
